آیت 20 { بَیْنَہُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا یَبْغِیٰنِ۔ } ”لیکن ان کے مابین ایک پردہ حائل ہے جس سے وہ تجاوز نہیں کرتے۔“ دونوں دریا باہم مل کر چلتے ہیں لیکن ایک دوسرے میں گھستے نہیں ‘ اپنی اپنی حد میں رہتے ہیں۔ جیسے ٹھنڈے پانی کے سمندروں میں گرم پانی کی روئیں بہتی ہیں اور کھاری سمندروں میں میٹھے پانی کی روئیں بہتی ہیں۔ اسی طرح کئی دریا باہم ملتے ہیں لیکن دور تک الگ الگ نظر آتے ہیں۔ ہمارے ہاں دریائے کابل کا پانی جب دریائے سندھ میں ملتا ہے تو بہت دور تک دونوں پانی اپنے رنگ کی وجہ سے الگ الگ نظر آتے ہیں۔ اٹک کے پل پر کھڑے ہو کر دونوں پانیوں کا الگ الگ رہتے ہوئے ایک ساتھ چلنے کا یہ منظر دیکھا جاسکتا ہے۔ ایسا ہی منظر مظفر آباد کے قریب ”دومیل“ کے مقام پر نظر آتا ہے جہاں دریائے نیلم دریائے جہلم میں ملتا ہے۔
