آیت 3 { وَالَّذِیْنَ یُظٰہِرُوْنَ مِنْ نِّسَآئِہِمْ ثُمَّ یَعُوْدُوْنَ لِمَا قَالُـوْا } ”اور جو لوگ اپنی بیویوں سے ظہار کربیٹھیں ‘ پھر وہ اپنی کہی ہوئی بات سے واپس لوٹنا چاہیں“ { فَتَحْرِیْرُ رَقَـبَۃٍ مِّنْ قَـبْلِ اَنْ یَّـتَمَآسَّا } ”تو ایک غلام کا آزاد کرنا ہوگا ‘ اس سے پہلے کہ وہ ایک دوسرے کو مس کریں۔“ یعنی اس معاملے کا کفارہ ادا کرو اور پھر سے میاں بیوی کی طرح رہو ! { ذٰلِکُمْ تُوْعَظُوْنَ بِہٖ وَاللّٰہُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ خَبِیْرٌ۔ } ”یہ بات ہے جس کی تمہیں نصیحت کی جا رہی ہے۔ اور جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو اللہ اس سے باخبر ہے۔“
