55:40

فَبِأَيِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ٤٠

پھر(دیکھ لیاجائے گا کہ) تم دونوں گروہ اپنے رب کے کن کن احسانات کا انکار کرتے ہو۔¹

[1] جرم کی حقیقی بنیاد قرآن کی نگاہ میں یہ ہے کہ بندہ جو اپنے رب کی نعمتوں سے متمتع ہو رہا ہے،اپنے نزدیک یہ سمجھ بیٹھے کہ یہ نعمتیں کسی کی دی ہوئی نہیں ہیں بلکہ آپ سے آپ اسے مل گئی ہیں، یا یہ کہ یہ نعمتیں خدا کا عطیہ نہیں بلکہ اس کی اپنی قابلیت یا خوش نصیبی کا ثمرہ ہیں، یا یہ کہ یہ ہیں تو خدا کا عطیہ مگر اس خدا کا اپنے بندے پر کوئی حق نہیں ہے۔ یا یہ کہ خدا نے خود یہ مہربانیاں اس پر نہیں کی ہیں بلکہ یہ کسی دوسری ہستی نے اس سے کروا دی ہیں۔ یہی وہ غلط تصورات ہیں جن کی بنا پر آدمی خدا سے بے نیاز اور اس کی اطاعت و بندگی سے آزاد ہو کر دنیا میں وہ افعال کرتا ہے جن سے خدا نے منع کیا ہے اور وہ افعال نہیں کرتا جن کا اس نے حکم دیا ہے۔ اس لحاظ سے ہر جرم اور ہر گناہ اپنی حقیقت کے اعتبار سے اللہ تعالیٰ کے احسانات کی تکذیب ہے قطع نظر اس سے کہ کوئی شخص زبان سے ان کا انکار کرتا ہو یا اقرار۔ مگر جو شخص فی الواقع تکذیب کا ارادہ نہیں رکھتا، بلکہ اس کے ذہن کی گہرائیوں میں تصدیق موجود ہوتی ہے، وہ احیاناً کسی بشری کمزوری سے کوئی قصور کر بیٹھے تو اس پر استغفار کرتا ہے اور اس سے بچنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے۔ یہ چیز اسے مکذبین میں شامل ہونے سے بچا لیتی ہے۔ اس کے سوا باقی تمام مجرم در حقیقت اللہ کی نعمتوں کے مکذب اور اس کے احسانات کے منکر ہیں۔ اسی لیے فرمایا کہ جب تم لوگ مجرم کی حیثیت سے گرفتار ہو جاؤ گے اس وقت ہم دیکھیں گے کہ تم ہمارے کس کس احسان کا انکار کرتے ہو۔ سورہ تکاثر میں یہی بات اس طرح فرمائی گئی ہے کہ لَتُسْئَلُنَّ یَوْمَئِذٍ عَنِ النَّعِیْمِ، اس روز ضرور تم سے ان نعمتوں کے بارے میں باز پرس کی جائے گی جو تمہیں دی گئی تھیں۔ یعنی پوچھا جائے گا کہ یہ نعمتیں ہم نے تمہیں دی تھیں یا نہیں؟ اور انہیں پاکر تم نے اپنے محسن کے ساتھ کیا رویہ اختیار کیا؟ اور اس کی نعمتوں کو کس طرح استعمال کیا؟

Translations are available in both JSON and SQLite database formats. Some translation has footnotes as well, footnotes are embedded in the translation text using sup HTML tag. To support a wide range of applications, including websites, mobile apps, and desktop tools, we provide multiple export formats for translations.

Available export formats:

1. Nested Array Structure

Translations are grouped by Surah. Each Surah is an array containing translations for each Ayah in order. This format export translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes.

2. Key-Value Structure

Each translation is stored with the Ayah reference (e.g. 1:1) as the key and the translated text as the value. This format also exports translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes etc.

Translations with Footnotes

Translations with footnotes are available in three more formats:

1. Footnotes as Tags Format

Footnotes are embedded using a <sup> tag with a foot_note attribute. Footnote contents are stored separately under f key.

2. Inline Footnote Format

Footnotes are inserted directly using double square brackets e.g([[this is footnote]])

3. Text Chunks Format

In chunks export format, text is divided into chunks. Each chunk could be a simple text or an object. Object can be either footnote or a formatting tag. This format is useful for applications can't directly render the HTML tags. Here is an example of Bridges` translation for Surah An-Nas , Ayah 6:
