55:56

فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرۡفِ لَمۡ يَطۡمِثۡهُنَّ إِنسٞ قَبۡلَهُمۡ وَلَا جَآنّٞ ٥٦

اِن نعمتوں کے درمیان شرمیلی نگاہوں والیاں ہوں گی¹ جنہیں اِن جنتیوں سے پہلے کسی انسان یا جِن نے چُھوا نہ ہوگا۔²

[1] یہ عورت کی اصل خوبی ہے کہ وہ شرم اور بیباک نہ ہو بلکہ نظر میں حیا رکھتی ہو۔ اسی لیے اللہ تعالیٰ نے جنت کی نعمتوں کے درمیان عورتوں کا ذکر کرتے ہوئے سب سے پہلے ان کے حسن و جمال کی نہیں بلکہ ان کی حیا داری اور عفت مآبی کی تعریف فرمائی ہے۔ حسین عورتیں تو مخلوط کلبوں اور فلمی نگار خانوں میں بھی جمع ہو جاتی ہیں، اور حسن کے مقابلوں میں تو چھانٹ چھانٹ کر ایک سے ایک حسین عورت لائی جاتی ہے، مگر صرف ایک بد ذوق اور بد قوِارہ آدمی ہی ان سے دلچسپی لے سکتا ہے۔ کسی شریف آدمی کو وہ حسن اپیل نہیں کر سکتا جو ہر بد نظر کو دعوت نظارہ دے اور ہر آغوش کی زینت بننے لیے تیار ہو۔
[2] اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ دنیا کی زندگی میں خواہ کوئی عورت کنواری مر گئی ہو یا کسی کی بیوی رہ چکی ہو، جو ان مری ہو یا بوڑھی ہو کر دنیا سے رخصت ہوئی ہو، آخرت میں جب یہ سب نیک خواتین جنت میں داخل ہوں گی تو جوان اور کنواری بنا دی جائیں گی، اور وہاں ان میں سے جس خاتون کو بھی کسی نیک مرد کی رفیقہ حیات بنایا جائے گا وہ جنت میں اپنے اس شوہر سے پہلے کسی کے تصرف میں آئی ہوئی نہ ہوگی۔ اس آیت سے ایک بات یہ بھی معلوم ہوئی کہ جنت میں نیک انسانوں کی طرح نیک جن بھی داخل ہوں گے، اور وہاں جس طرح انسان مردوں کے لیے انسان عورتیں ہونگی اسی طرح جن مردوں کے لیے جن عورتیں ہونگی۔ دونوں کی رفاقت کے لیے انہی کے ہم جنس جوڑے ہونگے۔ ایسا نہ ہو گا کہ ان کا جوڑ کسی نا جنس مخلوق سے لگا دیا جائے جس سے وہ فطرتاً مانوس نہیں ہو سکتے۔ آیت کے یہ لفاظ کہ ’’ ان سے پہلے کسی انسان یا جن نے ان کو نہ چھوا ہوگا،‘‘ اس معنی میں نہیں ہیں کہ وہاں عورتیں صرف انسان ہوں گی اور ان کو ان کے شوہروں سے پہلے کسی انسان یا جن نے نہ چھوا ہوگا، بلکہ ان کا اصل مطلب یہ ہے کہ وہاں جن اور انسان، دونوں جنسوں کی عورتیں ہوں گی،سب حیا دار اور اچھوتی ہوں گی، نہ کسی جن عورت کو اس کے جنّتی شوہر پلے کسی جن مرد نے ہاتھ لگایا ہوگا اور نہ کسی انسان عورت کو اس کے جنتی شورہ سے پہلے کسی انسان مرد نے ملوث کا ہو گا

Translations are available in both JSON and SQLite database formats. Some translation has footnotes as well, footnotes are embedded in the translation text using sup HTML tag. To support a wide range of applications, including websites, mobile apps, and desktop tools, we provide multiple export formats for translations.

Available export formats:

1. Nested Array Structure

Translations are grouped by Surah. Each Surah is an array containing translations for each Ayah in order. This format export translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes.

2. Key-Value Structure

Each translation is stored with the Ayah reference (e.g. 1:1) as the key and the translated text as the value. This format also exports translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes etc.

Translations with Footnotes

Translations with footnotes are available in three more formats:

1. Footnotes as Tags Format

Footnotes are embedded using a <sup> tag with a foot_note attribute. Footnote contents are stored separately under f key.

2. Inline Footnote Format

Footnotes are inserted directly using double square brackets e.g([[this is footnote]])

3. Text Chunks Format

In chunks export format, text is divided into chunks. Each chunk could be a simple text or an object. Object can be either footnote or a formatting tag. This format is useful for applications can't directly render the HTML tags. Here is an example of Bridges` translation for Surah An-Nas , Ayah 6:
