57:24

ٱلَّذِينَ يَبۡخَلُونَ وَيَأۡمُرُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ بِٱلۡبُخۡلِۗ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡغَنِيُّ ٱلۡحَمِيدُ ٢٤

جو خود بُخل کرتے ہیں اور دوسروں کوبُخل کرنے پر اُکساتے ہیں۔¹ اب اگر کوئی رُوگردانی کرتا ہے تو اللہ بےنیاز اور ستودہ صفات ہے۔²

[1] یعنی یہ کلمات نصیحت سننے کے بعد بھی اگر کوئی شخص اللہ اور اس کے دین کے لیے خلوص، فرمانبرداری اور ایثار و قربانی کا طریقہ اختیار نہیں کرتا اور اپنی اسی کج رہی پر اڑا رہنا چاہتا ہے جو اللہ کو سخت ناپسند ہے ، تو اللہ کو اس کی کچھ پروا نہیں ۔ وہ غنی ہے ، اس کی کوئی حاجت ان لوگوں سے اٹکی ہوئی نہیں ہے ۔ اور وہ ستو وہ صفات ہے ، اس کے ہاں اچھی صفات رکھنے والے لوگ ہی مقبول ہو سکتے ہیں ، بد کردار لوگ اس کی نگاہ التفات کے مستحق نہیں ہو سکتے ۔
[2] یہ اشارہ ہے اس سیرت کی طرف جو خود مسلم معاشرے کے منافقین میں اس وقت سب کو نظر آ رہی تھی۔ ظاہری اقرار ایمان کے لحاظ سے ان میں اور مخلص مسلمانوں میں کوئی فرق نہ تھا۔ لیکن اخلاص کے فقدان کی وجہ سے وہ اس تربیت میں شامل نہ ہوئے تھے جو مخلصین کو دی جا رہی تھی، اس لیے ان کا حال یہ تھا کہ جو ذرا سی خوشحالی اور مشیخت ان کو عرب کے ایک معمولی قصبے میں میسر آئی ہوئی تھی وہی ان کے چھوٹے سے ظرف کو پھلائے دے رہی تھی، اسی پر وہ پھٹے پڑتے تھے ، اور دل کی تنگی اس درجے کی تھی کہ جس خدا پر ایمان لانے اور جس رسول کے پیرو ہونے اور جس دین کو ماننے کا دعویٰ کرتے تھے اس کے لیے خود ایک پیشہ تو کیا دیتے ، دوسرے دینے والوں کو بھی یہ کہہ کہہ کر روکتے تھے کہ کیوں اپنا پیسہ اس بھاڑ میں جھونک رہے ہو۔ ظاہر بات ہے کہ اگر مصائب کی بھٹی گرم نہ کی جاتی تو اس کھوٹے مال کو، جو اللہ کے کسی کام کا نہ تھا، زر خالص سے الگ نہ کیا جا سکتا تھا، اور اس کو الگ کیے بغیر کچے پکے مسلمانوں کی ایک مخلوط بھیڑ کو دنیا کی امامت کا وہ منصب عظیم نہ سونپا جا سکتا تھا جس کی عظیم الشان برکات کا مشاہدہ آ کر کار دنیا نے خلافت راشدہ میں کیا۔

Translations are available in both JSON and SQLite database formats. Some translation has footnotes as well, footnotes are embedded in the translation text using sup HTML tag. To support a wide range of applications, including websites, mobile apps, and desktop tools, we provide multiple export formats for translations.

Available export formats:

1. Nested Array Structure

Translations are grouped by Surah. Each Surah is an array containing translations for each Ayah in order. This format export translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes.

2. Key-Value Structure

Each translation is stored with the Ayah reference (e.g. 1:1) as the key and the translated text as the value. This format also exports translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes etc.

Translations with Footnotes

Translations with footnotes are available in three more formats:

1. Footnotes as Tags Format

Footnotes are embedded using a <sup> tag with a foot_note attribute. Footnote contents are stored separately under f key.

2. Inline Footnote Format

Footnotes are inserted directly using double square brackets e.g([[this is footnote]])

3. Text Chunks Format

In chunks export format, text is divided into chunks. Each chunk could be a simple text or an object. Object can be either footnote or a formatting tag. This format is useful for applications can't directly render the HTML tags. Here is an example of Bridges` translation for Surah An-Nas , Ayah 6:
