90:4

لَقَدۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ فِي كَبَدٍ ٤

درحقیقت ہم نے انسان کو مشقّت میں پیدا کیا ہے۔¹

[1] یہ ہے وہ بات جس پر قسمیں کھائی گئی ہیں جو اوپر مذکور ہوئیں۔ انسان کے مشقت میں پیدا کیے جانے کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ انسان اِس دنیا میں مزے کرنے اور چین کی بنسری بجانے کے لیے پیدا نہیں کیا گیا ہے بلکہ اُس کے لیے یہ دنیا محنت اور مشقت اور سختیاں جھیلنے کی جگہ ہے اور کوئی انسان بھی اِس حالت سے گزرے بغیر نہیں رہ سکتا ۔ یہ شہر مکّہ گواہ ہے کہ کسی اللہ کے بندے نے اپنی جان کھپائی تھی تب یہ بسا اور عرب کا مرکز بنا ۔ اِس شہر مکّہ میں محمد صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی حالت گواہ ہے کہ وہ ایک مقصد کے لیے طرح طرح کی مصیبتیں برداشت کر رہے ہیں، حتیٰ کہ یہاں جنگل کے جانوروں کے لیے امان ہے مگر اُن کے لیے نہیں ہے۔ اور ہر انسان کی زندگی ماں کے پیٹ میں نطفہ قرار پانے سے لے کر موت کے آخری سانس تک اِس بات کی گواہ ہے کہ اُس کو قدم قدم پر تکلیف، مشقّت، محنت، خطرات اور شدائد کے مرحلوں سے گزرنا پڑتا ہے ۔ جس کو تم بڑی سے بڑی قابلِ رشک حالت میں دیکھتے ہو وہ بھی جب ماں کے پیٹ میں تھا تو ہر وقت اس خطرے میں مبتلا تھا کہ اندر ہی مرجائے یا اُس کا اسقاط ہو جائے۔ زچگی کے وقت اُس کی موت اور زندگی کے درمیان بال بھر سے زیادہ فاصلہ نہ تھا۔ پیدا ہوا تو اِتنا بے بس تھا کہ کوئی دیکھ بھال کرنے والا نہ ہوتا تو پڑے پڑے ہی سِسک سِسک کر مر جاتا۔ چلنے کے قابل ہوا تو قدم قدم پر گِرا پڑتا تھا۔ بچپن سے جوانی اور بڑھاپے تک ایسے ایسے جسمانی تغیُّرات سے اس کو گزرنا پڑا کہ کوئی تغیُّر بھی اگر غلط سمت میں ہو جاتا تو اس کی جان کے لالے پڑ جاتے۔ وہ اگر بادشاہ یا ڈکٹیٹر بھی ہے تو کسی وقت اِس اندیشے سے اُس کو چین نصیب نہیں ہے کہ کہیں اس کے خلاف کوئی سازش نہ ہو جائے۔ وہ اگر فاتح عالم بھی ہے تو کسی وقت اِس خطرے سے امن میں نہیں ہے کہ اس کے اپنے سپہ سالاروں میں سے کوئی بغاوت نہ کر بیٹھے۔ وہ اگر اپنے وقت کا قارون بھی ہے تو اس فکر میں ہر وقت غلطاں و پیچاں ہے کہ اپنی دولت کیسے بڑھائے اور کس طرح اس کی حفاظت کرے ۔ غرض کوئی شخص بھی بے غَل و غَش چَین کی نعمت سے بہرہ مند نہیں ہے ، کیونکہ انسان پیدا ہی مشقّت میں کیا گیا ہے۔

Translations are available in both JSON and SQLite database formats. Some translation has footnotes as well, footnotes are embedded in the translation text using sup HTML tag. To support a wide range of applications, including websites, mobile apps, and desktop tools, we provide multiple export formats for translations.

Available export formats:

1. Nested Array Structure

Translations are grouped by Surah. Each Surah is an array containing translations for each Ayah in order. This format export translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes.

2. Key-Value Structure

Each translation is stored with the Ayah reference (e.g. 1:1) as the key and the translated text as the value. This format also exports translations as simple text, no formatting, no footnotes etc.

Translations with Footnotes

Translations with footnotes are available in three more formats:

1. Footnotes as Tags Format

Footnotes are embedded using a <sup> tag with a foot_note attribute. Footnote contents are stored separately under f key.

2. Inline Footnote Format

Footnotes are inserted directly using double square brackets e.g([[this is footnote]])

3. Text Chunks Format

In chunks export format, text is divided into chunks. Each chunk could be a simple text or an object. Object can be either footnote or a formatting tag. This format is useful for applications can't directly render the HTML tags. Here is an example of Bridges` translation for Surah An-Nas , Ayah 6:
