Tafsir Al-Tha'alibi tafsir for Surah Al-Munafiqun — Ayah 2

إِذَا جَآءَكَ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقُونَ قَالُواْ نَشۡهَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُهُۥ وَٱللَّهُ يَشۡهَدُ إِنَّ ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ لَكَٰذِبُونَ ١ ٱتَّخَذُوٓاْ أَيۡمَٰنَهُمۡ جُنَّةٗ فَصَدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّهُمۡ سَآءَ مَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٢ ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ ءَامَنُواْ ثُمَّ كَفَرُواْ فَطُبِعَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَفۡقَهُونَ ٣

وهي مدنيّة بإجماع ونزلت في غزوة بني المصطلق، بسبب أنّ ابن أبيّ ابن سلول كانت له في تلك الغزوة أقوال منكرة، وسيأتي بيان ذلك إن شاء الله.

[بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيمِ] [[سقط في: د.]] قوله عز وجل: إِذا جاءَكَ الْمُنافِقُونَ قالُوا نَشْهَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ... الآية/ فَضَحَ اللَّهُ سرائرَ المنافقين بهذهِ الآية، وذلك أنهم كانوا يقولون للنبي ﷺ: نَشْهَد إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولِ اللَّهِ وهم في إخبارِهم هَذَا كَاذِبُونَ لأَنَّ حَقِيقَةَ الكذبِ أن يُخْبِرَ الإنْسَانُ بِضِدِّ مَا في قَلْبِهِ، وهذِه كَانَتْ حالُهُم وقَرَأَ الناس: «أيْمَانِهِم» جمعُ يمينٍ، وقرأ الحسنُ [[قال أبو الفتح: هذا على حذف المضاف، أي: اتخذوا إظهار إيمانهم جنة.

«إيَمَانَهُمْ» - بِكَسْرِ الهمزةِ-، والجُنَّةُ: مَا يُتَسَتَّرُ به في الأَجْرَامِ والمعَانِي.

وقوله: ذلِكَ إشَارَةٌ إلى فعلِ اللَّهِ بِهِمْ في فَضْحِهُم وتَوْبِيخِهم، ويحتملُ أنْ تكونَ الإشارةُ إلى سوء ما عَمِلوا، فالمعنَى سَاءَ عَمَلُهُمْ بأنْ كَفَرُوا بَعْدَ إيمان.

  • Keys in the JSON are "ayah_key" in "surah:ayah", e.g. "2:3" means 3rd ayah of Surah Al-Baqarah.
  • The value of ayah key can either be:
    • an object — this is the main tafsir group. It includes:
      • text: the tafsir content (can include HTML)
      • ayah_keys: an array of ayah keys this tafsir applies to
    • a string — this indicates the tafsir is part of a group. The string points to the ayah_key where the tafsir text can be found.

SQLite exports includes the following columns

  • ayah_key: the ayah for which this record applies.
  • group_ayah_key: the ayah key that contains the main tafsir text (used for shared tafsir).
  • from_ayah / to_ayah: start and end ayah keys for convenience (optional).
  • ayah_keys: comma-separated list of all ayah keys that this tafsir covers.
  • text: tafsir text. If blank, use the text from the group_ayah_key.
