But as for

مَنْ

خَافَ

feared

مَقَامَ

standing

رَبِّهِۦ

(before) his Lord

وَنَهَى

and restrained

ٱلنَّفْسَ

his soul

عَنِ

from

ٱلْهَوَىٰ

the vain desires
