وَأَمَّآ

But

إِذَا

when

مَا

does

ٱبْتَلَىٰهُ

He try him

فَقَدَرَ

and restricts

عَلَيْهِ

for him

رِزْقَهُۥ

his provision

فَيَقُولُ

then he says

رَبِّىٓ

My Lord

أَهَٰنَنِ

(has) humiliated me
