أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ

Those

ٱلَّذِينَ

(are) the ones

لَعَنَهُمُ

Allah has cursed them

ٱللَّهُ

Allah has cursed them

فَأَصَمَّهُمْ

so He made them deaf

وَأَعْمَىٰٓ

and blinded

أَبْصَٰرَهُمْ

their vision
