رِّزْقًا

A provision

لِّلْعِبَادِ

for the slaves

وَأَحْيَيْنَا

and We give life

بِهِۦ

therewith

بَلْدَةً

(to) a land

مَّيْتًا

dead

كَذَٰلِكَ

Thus

ٱلْخُرُوجُ

(will be) the coming forth
