Then do not

يَنظُرُوٓا۟

they look

إِلَى

ٱلسَّمَآءِ

بَنَيْنَٰهَا

We structured it

وَزَيَّنَّٰهَا

and adorned it

وَمَا

and not

لَهَا

for it

فُرُوجٍ
