ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
the heavens

تُغْنِى
will avail
شَفَٰعَتُهُمْ
their intercession
شَيْـًٔا
anything
إِلَّا
except
مِنۢ
after
بَعْدِ
after
أَن
[that]
يَأْذَنَ
Allah has given permission
ٱللَّهُ
Allah has given permission
لِمَن
for whom
يَشَآءُ
He wills
وَيَرْضَىٰٓ
and approves
