وقوله ( وَآتَيْنَاهُمْ آيَاتِنَا فَكَانُوا عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ ) يقول: وأريناهم أدلتنا وحججنا على حقيقة ما بعثنا به إليهم رسولنا صالحا، فكانوا عن آياتنا التي آتيناهموها معرضين لا يعتبرون بها ولا يتعظون.
