وقوله : ( قل إنما أنذركم بالوحي ) أي : إنما أنا مبلغ عن الله ما أنذركم به من العذاب والنكال ، ليس ذلك إلا عما أوحاه الله إلي ، ولكن لا يجدي هذا عمن أعمى الله بصيرته ، وختم على سمعه وقلبه; ولهذا قال : ( ولا يسمع الصم الدعاء إذا ما ينذرون ) .
