يقول تعالى ذكره: ما اعتبر هؤلاء المشركون بآيات الله، ولا تدبروا ما احتجّ عليهم من الحجج والدلالة على قدرته، على فعل كلّ ما يشاء، ولكن قالوا مثل ما قال أسلافهم من الأمم المكذّبة رسلها قبلهم.
