( فلما جاء السحرة ) أي : إلى مجلس فرعون وقد ضرب له وطاقا ، وجمع حشمه وخدمه [ وأمراءه ] ووزراءه ورؤساء دولته وجنود مملكته ، فقام السحرة بين يدي فرعون يطلبون منه الإحسان إليهم والتقرب إليه إن غلبوا ، أي : هذا الذي جمعتنا من أجله
