وقوله : ( وما يستطيعون ) أي : ولو انبغى لهم لما استطاعوا ذلك ، قال الله تعالى : ( لو أنزلنا هذا القرآن على جبل لرأيته خاشعا متصدعا من خشية الله ) [ الحشر : 21 ] .
