وقوله : ( إنه هو السميع العليم ) أي : السميع لأقوال عباده ، العليم بحركاتهم وسكناتهم ، كما قال تعالى : ( وما تكون في شأن وما تتلو منه من قرآن ولا تعملون من عمل إلا كنا عليكم شهودا إذ تفيضون فيه ) الآية . [ يونس : 61 ] .
