ثم أخبرهم أن فرارهم ذلك لا يؤخر آجالهم ، ولا يطول أعمارهم ، بل ربما كان ذلك سببا في تعجيل أخذهم غرة; ولهذا قال : ( وإذا لا تمتعون إلا قليلا ) أي : بعد هربكم وفراركم ، ( قل متاع الدنيا قليل والآخرة خير لمن اتقى ) [ النساء : 77 ] .
