( وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا فِيهِمْ مُنْذِرِينَ ) يقول: ولقد أرسلنا في الأمم التي خلت من قبل أمتك، ومن قبل قومك المكذبيك منذرين تنذرهم بأسنا على كفرهم بنا، فكذبوهم ولم يقبلوا منهم نصائحهم، فأحللنا بهم بأسنا وعقوبتنا.
