( إن هذا لهو البلاء المبين ) أي : الاختبار الواضح الجلي ; حيث أمر بذبح ولده ، فسارع إلى ذلك مستسلما لأمر الله ، منقادا لطاعته ; ولهذا قال تعالى : ( وإبراهيم الذي وفى ) [ النجم : 37 ] .
