ثم قال - عز وجل - ( أفبعذابنا يستعجلون ) أي : هم إنما يستعجلون العذاب لتكذيبهم وكفرهم ، فإن الله يغضب عليهم بذلك ، ويعجل لهم العقوبة ، ومع هذا أيضا كانوا من كفرهم وعنادهم يستعجلون العذاب والعقوبة .
