وقوله: ( مَنْ يَأْتِيهِ عَذَابٌ ) يقول تعالى ذكره: من يأتيه عذاب يخزيه, ما أتاه من ذلك العذاب, يعني: يذله ويهينه ( وَيَحِلُّ عَلَيْهِ عَذَابٌ مُقِيمٌ ) يقول: وينـزل عليه عذاب دائم لا يفارقه.
