وهكذا قال هاهنا : ( فدعا ربه أن هؤلاء قوم مجرمون ) فعند ذلك أمره الله تعالى أن يخرج ببني إسرائيل من بين أظهرهم من غير أمر فرعون ومشاورته واستئذانه ; ولهذا قال :
