وأما قوله: ( تَنـزيلُ الْكِتَابِ مِنَ اللَّهِ ) فإن معناه: هذا تنـزيل القرآن من عند الله (العَزِيزِ) في انتقامه من أعدائه (الحَكِيمِ) في تدبيره أمر خلقه.
