وقوله : ( فهل عسيتم إن توليتم ) أي : عن الجهاد ونكلتم عنه ، ( أن تفسدوا في الأرض وتقطعوا أرحامكم ) أي : تعودوا إلى ما كنتم فيه من الجاهلية الجهلاء ، تسفكون الدماء وتقطعون الأرحام
