وقوله ( ذلك بأنهم آمنوا ثم كفروا فطبع على قلوبهم فهم لا يفقهون ) أي : إنما قدر عليهم النفاق لرجوعهم عن الإيمان إلى الكفران ، واستبدالهم الضلالة بالهدى ( فطبع على قلوبهم فهم لا يفقهون ) أي : فلا يصل إلى قلوبهم هدى ، ولا يخلص إليها خير ، فلا تعي ولا تهتدي .
