﴿أولئك﴾: اسم إشارة مبني على الكسر في محل رفع مبتدأ، والكاف للخطاب.
﴿على هدى﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف خبر لأولئك.
﴿من ربهم﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف صفة لهدى، وجملة ﴿أولئك على هدى من ربهم﴾ استئنافية لا محل لها من الإعراب.
﴿وأولئك هم﴾: أولئك مبتدأ، وهم ضمير فصل لا محل له من الإعراب.
﴿المفلحون﴾: خبر أولئك، وقيل: هم مبتدأ، والمفلحون خبره، والجملة الاسمية خبر أولئك.
