﴿صم﴾: خبر لمبتدأ محذوف، أي: هم صم، والجملة مستأنفة لا محل لها من الإعراب.
﴿بكم﴾: خبر ثان.
﴿عمي﴾: خبر ثالث.
﴿فهم﴾: الفاء عاطفة، وهم مبتدأ.
﴿لا يرجعون﴾: ﴿لا﴾ نافية، و﴿يرجعون﴾ فعل مضارع مرفوع، وعلامة رفعه ثبوت النون، والواو فاعل، والجملة خبر ﴿هم﴾.
