﴿ثم عفونا﴾: عطف على ﴿اتخذتم﴾.
﴿عنكم﴾: الجار والمجرور متعلقان بعفونا.
﴿من بعد ذلك﴾: الجار والمجرور متعلقان بمحذوف حال، والإشارة إلى المصدر المفهوم من اتخذ، أي: من بعد ذلك الاتخاذ.
﴿لعلكم﴾: لعل حرف ناسخ، والكاف اسمها.
﴿تشكرون﴾: الجملة في محل رفع خبر لعل، وجملة الرجاء حالية.
