﴿هذا بيان للناس وهدى وموعظة للمتقين﴾: كلام مستأنف لا محل له من الإعراب، وهذا مبتدأ، وبيان خبره، وللناس جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف صفة لبيان، وهدى معطوف على بيان، وكذلك موعظة، وللمتقين جار ومجرور متعلقان بموعظة، أو بمحذوف صفة لها.
