﴿إن شر الدواب عند الله الذين كفروا﴾: إن حرف ناسخ، وشر اسمها، والدواب مضاف إليه، و﴿عند الله﴾ ظرف متعلق بمحذوف حال، والذين خبر إن، وجملة كفروا صلة الذين لا محل لها من الإعراب، والجملة كلها اسئتنافية.
﴿فهم لا يؤمنون﴾: الفاء الفصيحة، وهم مبتدأ، وجملة لا يؤمنون خبر، أي: لا يتوقع منهم إيمان بعد أن أصروا على الكفر ولجوا فيه.
