﴿واستغفروا ربكم ثم توبوا إليه﴾: الواو استئنافية، والجملة بعدها مستأنفة لا محل لها من الإعراب، واستغفروا ربكم فعل أمر وفاعل ومفعول به، ثم توبوا إليه عطف على استغفروا.
﴿إن ربي رحيم ودود﴾: إن حرف ناسخ، وربي اسمها، ورحيم ودود خبراها.
