﴿أو يأخذهم في تقلبهم فما هم بمعجزين﴾: عطف أيضًا على أن يخسف، و﴿في تقلبهم﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف حال من المفعول، والفاء عاطفة، و﴿ما﴾ نافية حجازية تعمل عمل ليس، و﴿هم﴾ اسم ما، و﴿بمعجزين﴾: الباء حرف جر صلة، و﴿معجزين﴾ خبر ﴿ما﴾ الحجازية منصوب محلا مجرور بالباء لفظًا.
