﴿وإذا رأى الذين ظلموا العذاب﴾: الواو عاطفة، وإذا ظرف مستقبل متضمن معنى الشرط، وجملة رأى مضاف إليه، والذين فاعل رأى، وجملة ظلموا صلة الذين لا محل لها من الإعراب، والعذاب مفعول به.
﴿فلا يخفف عنهم ولا هم ينظرون﴾: الفاء رابطة لجواب إذا، ولا نافية، ويخفف فعل مضارع مبني لما لم يسمَّ فاعله، ونائب الفاعل مستتر، أي: العذاب، ولا عاطفة، وهم مبتدأ، وجملة ينظرون خبر.
