﴿ربكم أعلم بكم إن يشأ يرحمكم﴾: ربكم مبتدأ، وأعلم خبر، و﴿بكم﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿أعلم﴾، وإن شرطية، و﴿يشأ﴾ فعل الشرط مجزوم، ويرحمكم جواب الشرط مجزوم أيضًا.
﴿أو إن يشأ يعذبكم﴾: عطف على ما تقدم.
﴿وما أرسلناك عليهم وكيلا﴾: الواو عاطفة، وما نافية، وأرسلناك فعل وفاعل، و﴿عليهم﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿وكيلًا﴾، ووكيلًا حال من الكاف.
