﴿في كهفهم﴾: جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿لبثوا﴾.
﴿ثلاثمائة﴾: ﴿ثلاث﴾ ظرف، و﴿مائة﴾ مضاف إليه.
﴿سنين﴾: عطف بيان لـ﴿ثلاثمائة﴾ أو بدل.
﴿وازدادوا﴾: فعل وفاعل.
﴿تسعًا﴾: مفعول به، أي: تسع سنين.
