﴿إذ نادى ربه نداء خفيا﴾: ﴿إذ﴾ ظرف لما مضى من الزمن متعلق بـ﴿رحمة﴾، وجملة ﴿نادى﴾ في محل جر بإضافة الظرف إليها، و﴿نادى﴾ فعل ماض، والفاعل مستتر تقديره هو، و﴿ربه﴾ مفعول به، والهاء مضاف إليه، و﴿نداء﴾ مفعول مطلق، و﴿خفيًّا﴾ صفة.
