﴿يوم نحشر المتقين إلى الرحمن وفدا﴾: الظرف منتصب بفعل محذوف، تقديره: اذكر، وقيل: نصب يوم بمضمر، أي: يوم نحشر، ونسوق، نفعل بالفريقين ما لا يحيط به الوصف، وقيل: العامل فيه قوله فيما بعد: ﴿لا يملكون﴾، وجملة نحشر مضاف إليه، وفاعل نحشر ضمير مستتر تقديره: نحن، والمتقين مفعول به، و﴿إلى الرحمن﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بنحشر، ووفدًا حال.
