﴿وما تلك بيمينك يا موسى﴾: الواو عاطفة، وما اسم استفهام للتقرير مبتدأ، وتلك خبره، وبـ﴿يمينك﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف حال، وهي تشبه قوله تعالى: ﴿وهذا بعلي شيخا﴾، والعامل في الحال المقدرة اسم الإشارة، ويا موسى نداء.
