﴿اقترب للناس حسابهم﴾: اقترب فعل ماض مبني على الفتح، وللناس جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿اقترب﴾، وحسابهم فاعل اقترب.
﴿وهم في غفلة معرضون﴾: الواو للحال، و﴿هم﴾ مبتدأ، وفي غفلة جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف خبر أول، ومعرضون خبر ثان، والجملة في محل نصب حال من الناس.
