﴿قال لقد كنتم أنتم وآباؤكم في ضلال مبين﴾: اللام جواب القسم المحذوف، وقد حرف تحقيق، وكنتم: كان والتاء اسمها، وأنتم تأكيد للتاء، وآباؤكم عطف على التاء، و﴿في ضلال﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف خبر كنتم، ومبين صفة لـ﴿ضلال﴾.
