﴿بلسان عربي مبين﴾: ﴿بلسان﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿المنذرين﴾، أو بدل من قوله: ﴿به﴾ بإعادة العامل، أي: نزل بلسان عربي، وعربي صفة، ومبين صفة ثانية.
