﴿سبحان ربك رب العزة عما يصفون﴾: سبحان: نائب مفعول مطلق منصوب بفعل محذوف، وربك: مضاف إليه، و﴿رب العزة﴾ بدل، و﴿عما﴾ جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿سبحان﴾، و﴿يصفون﴾ فعل مضارع مرفوع، والواو فاعل، وجملة ﴿يصفون﴾ صلة ﴿ما﴾ لا محل لها من الإعراب.
