﴿فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ﴾ فعل ماض مبني على الفتح، والتاء للتأنيث، والهاء مفعول به والميم لجمع الذكور.
﴿الرَّجْفَةُ﴾ فاعل والجملة معطوفة. ﴿فَأَصْبَحُوا﴾ فعل ماض ناقص، والواو اسمها. ﴿فِي دارِهِمْ﴾ متعلقان بالخبر ﴿جاثِمِينَ﴾ المنصوب بالياء لأنه جمع مذكر سالم، والجملة معطوفة.
