﴿الذين لا يؤتون الزكاة﴾: الذين: نعت، وجملة ﴿لا يؤتون الزكاة﴾ صلة الموصول لا محل لها من الإعراب، ولا نافية، ويؤتون: فعل مضارع، والواو: فاعل، والزكاة: مفعول به.
﴿وهم بالآخرة هم كافرون﴾: الواو عاطفة، وهم: مبتدأ، وبالآخرة: جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿كافرون﴾، وهم الثانية: تأكيد للأولى، وكافرون: خبر هم.
