﴿والذين إذا أصابهم البغي هم ينتصرون﴾: عطف على ما تقدم، وإذا: ظرف متعلق بـ﴿ينتصرون﴾، وأصابهم البغي: فعل ومفعول به وفاعل، والجملة في محل جر مضاف إليه، وهم: مبتدأ، وجملة ﴿ينتصرون﴾ في محل رفع خبر للمبتدأ ﴿هم﴾، وجملة ﴿هم ينتصرون﴾ لا محل لها من الإعراب، لأنها صلة الموصول.
