﴿يا عباد لا خوف عليكم اليوم ولا أنتم تحزنون﴾: الجملة مقول قول محذوف، أي: ويقال لهم، ويا: حرف نداء، وعباد: منادى مضاف إلى ياء المتكلم المحذوفة مراعاة لخط المصحف، ولا: نافية، وخوف: مبتدأ، وساغ الابتداء به، لأنه سُبق بنفي، وعليكم: جار ومجرور متعلقان بمحذوف خبر، واليوم: ظرف متعلق بمحذوف حال، ولا: عطف على ما تقدم، وأنتم: مبتدأ، و﴿تحزنون﴾ جملة فعلية في محل رفع خبر.
