﴿الذين هم في خوض يلعبون﴾: الذين نعت للمكذبين، وهم مبتدأ، وفي خوض: جار ومجرور متعلقان بـ﴿يلعبون﴾، وجملة يلعبون خبر هم، والجملة لا محل لها من الإعراب، لأنها صلة الذين.
